This course focuses on the anatomy and physiology of the human body. Students explore both the structure and function of the normal human body. This course builds on knowledge gained in Anatomy & Physiology I. The course will emphasise the relevance of such knowledge to the maintenance of health of the human body. The ways the body changes across the lifespan will also be explored. Students will be assisted to continue in developing competence in the application of this knowledge within the scope of nursing practice.
