This trans-disciplinary course is based in a multiliteracies framework. It takes account of the impact on education of increasingly diverse societies, and the escalating variety of text forms and practices. Students apply a socio critical lens to examine issues of power and access while developing the skills, processes and understandings necessary to engage with and critically understand multimodal text forms.
