This course provides an introduction to contemporary issues in biosciences of relevance to both biomedical scientists and scientists interested in ecology and conservation biology. The course will foster interest in the biosciences and develop the students' ability to research, present and discuss scientific and ethical issues in a clear and informative fashion.
