This unit introduces residential construction processes from inception to commissioning. Students gain an understanding of how the construction industry operates and the main players involved in the construction industry. Students are introduced to the relevance of the Australian standards, Building Code of Australia (BCA) and other regulatory requirements. -- Course Website
