This unit presents a variety of contemporary practices used in the development and management of information technology systems. The unit covers business communication and documentation; tools and techniques used throughout the IT industry; and aspects of IT project management. The unit also focuses on the impact of information technology on society, investigates ethical and professional issues and prepares students for work as IT professionals.Assessment -- Course Website
