The Postgraduate Internship is designed to allow students to gain first-hand experience of graduate-level employment in an organisation. Students will work on a non-employment basis within an approved organisation for a minimum of two days per week for 12 weeks (or equivalent). It provides an opportunity to use the discipline specific and generic skills learned earlier in their studies and to reflect on their own performance, the nature of professional work and the business context of the host organisation. This unit will help students refine their skills, build their confidence and increase their awareness of the requirements for successful professional business practice. -- Course Website
