The unit is constructed around the change management analytical framework made up of four constituents: driving change, change levers, change enactors and maintaining change. The first section, 'driving change' sets out to consider the factors associated with recognising that change is necessary. The second section, 'change levers', highlights the many tools, techniques and practices that are employed to facilitate planned change. The third section, 'change enactors', focuses on the factors that ease or obstruct the operation of the change levers. The final section of the unit, 'maintaining change', considers the requirements for ongoing change.Assessment -- Course Website
