This unit aims to provide students with an understanding of the key principles relating to international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) law. The unit investigates the concepts of money laundering and financing of terrorism with a particular emphasis on the development of the international legal framework to counter these activities. It analyses the international AML/CTF standards and considers aspects of their implementation in a number of developing and developed countries. -- Course Website
