The unit introduces students to basic cost concepts and the analysis, usage and procedures of management accounting for business strategy implementation. Topics include budgeting, job and inventory costing, control of costs via flexible budgets and standard costs, and break-even 'analysis' for tactical decision making. -- Course Website
