This unit provides a thorough examination of the pathophysiological aspects, diagnosis and medical regimens and lifestyle management for a range of cardiopulmonary diseases. Through both theoretical and practical experiences students develop their knowledge and skills to work effectively with patients with cardiopulmonary pathologies. This will enable the students to provide clinical services such as assessment of exercise capacity and prescription of exercise for clientele with cardiovascular diseases. -- Course Website
