In this unit students will gain skills in applying theories of organisational development to real business problems, with particular focus on leadership coaching. They will also acquire skills in the use of tools to assess leadership behaviours and develop leadership competencies in individuals, teams and organisations. This unit is offered in association with an external industry partner, MLQ International™ and is delivered wholly online. The completion of the course leads to accreditation in the use of Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire© (MLQ) tools (for leadership assessment and development). -- Course Website
