Each student will continue development of his/her research project so that a research proposal results (2000 word Powerpoint presentation). The topic must be in the area of industrial/organisational psychology, be deemed to be of appropriate complexity for a Masters thesis, and to be viable given the resources available in the School. Students must present the proposal to a meeting of staff and students to obtain feedback about the proposal before progressing to the next step, preparing an application for ethics approval. -- Course Website
