This unit is designed to introduce students to the social psychology of organisations, with particular emphasis on its implications for practice. Current advances in social psychology will be explored in the context of the varied roles and responsibilities an organisational psychologist can undertake. Additionally, students will further develop skills in report writing for organisations and in making oral presentations, skills that are essential in the organisational workplace.Assessment -- Course Website
