This unit fosters professional skills and awareness of professional issues in applied settings. Prior to their first placement, students are required to participate in a placement preparation activity designed to enhance placement planning and student development. Following this, each student will be assigned a first placement in an organisation, which will expose students to the workings of an organisation and the types of issues that arise in an organisational psychological context.
