This unit is designed to advance students existing knowledge base and skill level in the area of school based health education. The unit, where possible, has been developed around the idea of the 'negotiated curriculum'. Topics to be covered include young people's health and wellbeing, school based health promotion, contemporary policy frameworks, health education curriculum, classroom practices and resources, drug education, sexuality education, promoting student wellbeing.Assessment -- Course Website
