Classroom and behaviour management strategies play an important role in the creation and maintenance of effective learning environments. A diverse and changing student cohort means teachers in the twenty-first Century need a detailed understanding of the diverse factors impacting upon student and group behaviour and a robust set of strategies for creating positive, effective classroom management plans. This unit provides students with opportunities to reflect upon the strengths and weaknesses of diverse behaviour management strategies and to develop their own behaviour management plan.Assessment -- Course Website
