Students will learn the techniques of interviewing, reporting, writing and filming for television news and current affairs. Students will be introduced to the production techniques needed to compile news reports for television and they will learn about writing and delivering spoken news in a credible manner. Students will research, report and edit a current affairs assignment. Students will analyse the role of television news and current affairs programs as information providers. -- Course Website
