The primary aim of this unit is to guide and assist students enrolled in the BA (International Studies) in making informed decisions about their study and subsequent work-career options, and to help them identify and develop key employability skills and attributes. As such, the unit is concerned with career development learning, and encompasses four main elements: self-awareness, opportunity awareness, decision making, and transition learning.
