Students will explore technical, aesthetic and conceptual aspects of 3D computer animation, focusing on virtual space and its distinctive spatial properties. A number of practical projects will approach 3D animation from an experimental perspective and develop production flow processes. Emphasis will be on modelling, surface properties, texturing, lighting and camera to create unique environments and narratives.
