This unit studies in detail interests in land, including a focus upon native title, and the Torrens system of registered interests in real property, including leases, mortgages, easements and community property, as well as discussing priorities between competing interests, caveats and the statutory and equitable remedies which may be sought disputes over interests in real property. -- Course Website
