This unit deals with models and structures of professional supervision in social work and other human services. Management issues for social workers are examined in the light of developments in management and the current context of social work practice. Both theoretical analysis and skill development may be included. The content and structure are negotiated according to individual/collective needs and interests. -- Course Website
