What is scientific knowledge, how does it develop and how can it be more effectively communicated? How is scientific knowledge used in technological developments? Students examine these questions in this unit. They select a problem of their choice related to climate change. For example, computer science students might look at some aspect of the modelling of climate change, and science communication students could look at communication of climate change. Students find and examine information relating to the problem and critically analyse that information.
