All parts must be completed to fulfil the requirements of this unit. <br/><br/>Students undertake research in collaboration with an industry partner (National Measurement Institute, WA Food Industry Association, Robins Foods, PPC Linley Valley Pork, Worthingtons, TSW Analytical, Siliker Micotech, Wine and Truffle Company, Magnum Essence) on a project in an area of significance to the Australian Food Industry. Proposed research projects must be authorised by the course coordinator. -- Course Website
