This unit is taken over two semesters and parts 1 and 2 must be completed to fulfil the requirements of the unit.<br/><br/>This option unit consists of two 2-week blocks designed to allow students to study, in greater depth than is possible in the core curriculum, areas of medicine in which they have an interest. Each two-week attachment is offered in a rural or remote site. Most attachments can accommodate one or two students at a time.
