This unit comprises concepts in study design; techniques of economic appraisal including cost-effectiveness analysis, cost–utility analysis and cost–benefit analysis; an understanding of standard methodology including sensitivity analysis, discounting, willingness to pay and health state utility measurement; and procedures and roles in decision making for resource allocation in health care. -- Course Website
