This unit forms part of the Graduate Diploma in Neurological Rehabilitation which provides students with an opportunity to update theoretical knowledge and skills in the neurological rehabilitation of children with acquired central and peripheral neurological disorders. The main focus of the unit is on structured review of assessment and treatment of cardio-respiratory and metabolic sequelae of prenatal- and childhood-onset CNS disorders, as well as the interaction between growth, maturation, ageing and neurological impairment.
