This unit forms part of the Graduate Diploma in Neurological Rehabilitation which provides students with an opportunity to update theoretical knowledge and skills in the neurological rehabilitation of adults with acquired central and peripheral neurological disorders. The main focus of the unit is an overview of evidence that the adult central nervous system is capable of regeneration and reorganisation in response to injury and subsequent rehabilitation/experience.
