This final semester unit aims to consolidate the theoretical aspects of podiatric medicine to enable students to recognise common disorders of the lower limb with particular emphasis on the foot and ankle and treat or refer patients to podiatric surgeons or appropriate medical colleagues as necessary. The principles governing the medical, surgical and therapeutic management of conditions affecting the lower limb are expanded upon. -- Course Website
