Students study DIC (disseminated intravascular coagulation); TTP (thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura); HUS (haemolytic uraemic syndrome); acquired inhibitors; HITTS (heparin induced thrombosis-thrombocytopenia syndrome). This unit provides students with a sound knowledge of coagulation-associated support for clinical complications in the setting of these haematological diseases. -- Course Website
