This unit is taken over two successive semesters and parts 1 and 2 must be completed to fulfil the requirements of the unit. Students can commence the unit in either semester 1 or semester 2.<br/><br/>The unit provides training in the investigation of a particular topic, and in the presentation of the results. Students are required to submit a technical report on a topic approved by the Head of the School of Civil and Resource Engineering and to participate in the prescribed seminars. -- Course Website
