This unit provides an overview of the legal regulation of business in Australia. It gives a basic introduction to the Australian legal system, the legal framework of business regulation and areas of substantive law relevant to commerce with particular reference to business contracts and torts, fair-trading (including misleading or deceptive conduct), unconscionability and unfair practices. -- Course Website
