This unit explores in more detail the area of Australian industrial relations law. Intended as a sequel to LAWS5555 Employee Relations Law (formerly LAWS8555 Employee Relations Law), the unit covers the collective aspects of employment relations (including public sector relations) introduced but not dealt with in any detail in the prior unit.
