This unit examines the nature and extent of corporate crime; the principles of corporate criminal responsibility; the main criminological theories relevant to an understanding of such crime; available strategies and mechanisms of crime prevention and control; and the range and efficacy of sanctions. The relationship to, and overlap with, entrepreneurial crime is also examined and parallel issues relating to crime prevention and control and sanctions are explored. -- Course Website
