This unit is available at Level 2 or 3. It is designed for students who are interested in Asian legal systems or doing business in Asia. It offers an introduction to the legal systems of a select group of Asian jurisdictions including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore (not all of them are covered every year). -- Course Website
