This is a continuing unit in the Korean language at an intermediate level.The unit offers further development of aural comprehension and conversation on a range of topics involving increased vocabulary, functions and situations using interactive activities and audio-visual materials; reading and writing skills through practising of notes, letters and some authentic materials to gain a basic knowledge of Korea; and a critical awareness of the Korean language and culture. This unit is useful for expanding students' global perspective and acquiring intercultural communication skills to be a capable communicator with translingual and transcultural competence. -- Course Website
