This unit provides an overview of quantitative and qualitative methods used in health research, focusing on quality of research project design. It examines literature reviewing and critiquing, the development of research topics and hypotheses, planning and designing health research, ethics in research, sampling issues, methods for data collection, questionnaire design, utilising existing data, and the preparation of research proposals. -- Course Website
