This unit provides students with an overall understanding of mental health and wellbeing, explores challenges to mental health throughout the life span, and educates and equips students with strategies to enhance and promote positive lifelong mental wellbeing for themselves and others. Good mental health is fundamental to the wellbeing of individuals, their families, and the community as a whole.
