This unit is taken over two semesters and parts 1 and 2 must be completed to fulfil the requirements of the unit.<br/><br/>The unit is an opportunity for students to investigate areas of oral health that are of particular interest to them. Students may opt to undertake placement in an interstate/overseas setting or in a private practice to learn about the elements of starting and running a dental practice. If a student is interested in pursuing a postgraduate degree he or she may choose to do an option in research or a specialty area of dentistry. Options should reflect a student's personal interests and goals. -- Course Website
