Students become familiar with early childhood and primary Science curriculum requirements; appraise a range of teaching and learning strategies and resources suitable for Science at the early childhood and primary school level; plan and sequence teaching and learning experiences appropriate for early childhood and primary school children; evaluate both disciplinary and integrated approaches to teaching and learning; and begin to build a resource file and professional library as a means of developing their own science knowledge. The relationship between Science and Technology and Enterprise is explored through a range of integrated activities. -- Course Website
