This unit is delivered as a series of interactive workshops where best teaching practice is modelled and the latest resources are trialled. A different pedagogical issue is explored in each workshop including how to link teaching with children's informal skills and concepts, use storybooks to help students make sense of mathematics, and involve parents in their children's mathematics education. -- Course Website
