This unit deals with various topics associated with international trade. These topics include a review of trade theories, changes in comparative advantage and the pattern of trade; trade policy including the economics of protection, trade and growth, the distribution of income and welfare; and recent thinking on strategic trade policy, economic integration, trading blocks and globalisation. -- Course Website
