This unit consists of three modules:<br/><br/>Module 1—advanced sleep studies and therapies:<br/>(a) demonstrate patient and equipment preparation for MSLT and MWT studies;<br/>(b) display competent PAP and NIV/bi level titration skills in adult and paediatric patients, including various PAP titration protocols, e.g. CPAP, Bi-Level (hypoventilation and obstructive respiratory events), oxygen therapy and humidification and administration of PAP via alternative sites (e.g. tracheostomy);<br/>(c) contrast currently available MAS therapies and describe appropriate titration techniques;<br/>(d) perform PAP information download and explain the reason for possible adjustments to therapy;<br/>(e)... -- Course Website
