Global agriculture needs to feed an increasing world population while also facing climate change, increased input costs, and environmental sustainability issues. In this unit students learn how modern high-yielding rainfed agriculture meets these challenges through harnessing novel production management technology. The unit consists of lectures, practicals and two visits to the Western Australian No-Tillage Farmers Association (WANTFA) long-term rotation field trials. -- Course Website
