This course uses a problem-based learning approach to examine critical contemporary issues in tourism, hospitality and event management. Representatives from the industry will present a real problem or issue for students to consider. Students will work in teams to identify solutions to the problem before reporting back to industry representatives. Topics and issues will be dynamic, varying from year to year. -- Course Website
