This course is an intermediate level analysis of the law and policy of Australian property law which introduces students to fundamental principles and concepts. The course comprises a study of possession and title to land, the doctrines of tenure and estates, concurrent ownership, leasehold interests, strata title and additionally introduces students to native title.
