This course examines the work of some major literary theorists and critics from the mid-19th century to more recent times; the focus is on British, American and European critics and theorists. The course will familiarize you with some of the main themes and currents of literary theory, and give some scope for students to explore issues of particular interest to them. <br/>NOTE: Course offering may be cancelled unless a minimum of 20 students enrol. -- Course Website
