An advanced course designed to deepen student knowledge and capability in computational techniques in areas of particular importance to engineering. Topics are drawn from linear algebra, stochastic systems and optimisation theory with emphasis on applications and examples in various fields of engineering including but not limited to biomedical engineering, electricity market, embedded systems and microwave & telecommunications.
