This course offers students the opportunity to undertake an internship with a professional theatre company, or complete a major independent research project. For those interested in secondments (internships), these take place in the last year of your undergraduate study. Students may be placed at QTC, La Boite, the Queensland Shakespeare Ensemble, or a theatre company of their own choosing. Individual research topics are available to advanced students with good records, and typically results in a research essay of approx. 5,000 words.
