Students explore themes in their work in relation to cultures and traditions. The investigation comprises research into the conceptual, formal and technical aspects of the work of a number of appropriate artists. Students complete a folio of art work and keep a journal in relation to the set projects. Studio practice may be undertaken in complementary areas such as painting, photography and sculpture. -- Course Website
