This is an introduction to material practices, drawing and construction. Learning how to construct an object starting from a drawing process and translated into a spatial object is the focus. Students develop skills in fabricating an object in both wood and metal. The unit explores the different meanings that materials can generate as a result of their implementation. -- Course Website
